Marrow & Mint Reserve

Too ambitious. A pea should know its place. Points deducted for the mint.

I brought this to a dinner party and was asked to leave, but only because I would not stop talking about it.

Complex without being complicated. Like a good handshake.

The mint does most of the heavy lifting, but the peas hold their ground. Bold. Structured. Slightly damp.

Notes of garden, notes of hope, a finish of mild regret that I ate them so quickly.
